TUCSON, AZ (October 31, 2025) – The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter invites commercial real estate professionals to attend its November Continuing Education (CE) Class and Lunch Meeting, featuring an in-depth session on the latest tax strategies for investors, brokers, and property owners with Eric Freeman, CPA MACC, of Beach Fleischman, PLLC and Jodi Bain, MA, JD, LLM, of the Bain Law Firm, PLLC.
The event will provide valuable insights into cost segregation studies, 100% bonus depreciation, opportunity zone updates, and property tax valuation appeals, as well as an outlook on potential tax reforms and their implications for real estate investment performance. Attendees will gain practical tools to reduce expenses, improve net operating income, and enhance competitive positioning in today’s evolving market.
The luncheon will be held on November 11th, with registration open until noon on November 6, 2025. Walk-ins will be admitted after 12:00 PM, space permitting, for an additional $10.
