TUCSON, ARIZONA, January 3, 2023 -- The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter held its year-end luncheon on December 13, 2022, where Cody McGuire, CCIM 2021-2022 Chapter President announced the 2023 executive leadership Board Members. Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is excited to announce Michelle Cunningham, CCIM, Fort Lowell Realty, will serve as 2023 Chapter President. She will be joined on the leadership team by Vice President Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, Larsen Baker; Treasurer Eric Chapman, CCIM, Chapman Management Group LLC; and Secretary Emmit Chang, Habitation Realty.
The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter team is dedicated to promoting the success and expertise of the commercial real estate community through CCIM.

The 31st Annual Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast will be held on February 16, 2023, where experts in various categories of office, retail, multifamily, land and industrial present
opinions on the general health of the Tucson Commercial Real Estate Market and give forecasts for the coming year.
Keynote Speaker will be K.C. Conway, MAI, CRE, Chief Economist of the CCIM Institute and Director of Research and Corporate Engagement at Alabama Center for Real Estate. With over 30-years’ experience, as an advisor and national expert of the Federal Reserve, FDIC, FHLB, Bank Commissions and Groups of all types. Tucson and Adaptive Reuses - Ports, Logistics and Securitization will be discussed.
