TUCSON, ARIZONA, October 18, 2022 - Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented SS Enterprise Holdings, LLC of Phoenix, in its purchase of 1.46-acres, approximately 63,506 square feet, of land at 5225 E Speedway Blvd for $1.5 million ($24 PSF).
The property was previously a wedding chapel and the buyer plans to develop a Super Star Car Wash on the site.
The transaction closed on September 12, 2022.
The seller, Mark & Judith Muhlestien Trust of Tucson, was represented by Kelly Hand of Tierra Antigua Realty.
This is the third site for Super Star Car Wash in Tucson metro that Price has handled, the first two are at Oracle & Orange Grove and Valencia & Midvale.
