Perry Laufenberg, Managing Director at SVN

Phoenix, Arizona – Desert Commercial Advisors jumps into the 4th quarter with more great news for the SVN Phoenix franchise. Not only did SVN’s recent $17 million sale of Amber Gardens make national headlines three weeks ago, the Managing Director Perry Laufenberg was just acknowledged as one of the top Broker Managers in the Commercial Real Estate industry in the 2017 magazine edition of AZ Business Leaders.

Desert Commercial Advisors is a full-service firm that offers a superior range of brokerage services across the nation.  At the beginning of 2016, Laufenberg focused on recruiting efforts and has brought on eight new advisors since April of this year. The new training program has been instrumental in the growth of the company.  It provides individual and group training tools and all the resources necessary to help the new advisors get acclimated to a finessed structure at SVN.

Last quarter, SVN closed several multi-million deals including the sale of Village Grove plaza for $7 million. “Our biggest achievement has been the projects we have been involved in that help the community grow,” Laufenberg stated.  “We take pride in helping our clients find opportunities to repurpose redevelop or turn around distressed assets.”  The office is carrying the momentum forward, which has created positive energy in the workplace. SVN | Desert Commercial Advisors was also notified they were selected in the Top 10 of the 2017 edition of Ranking Arizona in the category for Best Workplace Culture and one of the top Broker Firms in the State of Arizona.

That coupled with the best training program and resources any new advisor can wish for, makes a great company to work for. Laufenberg said, “Being one of the youngest managing directors in our industry is a point of pride for me.” He continues to express that helping his team reach their individual sales and financial goals is important to him, which is why being one of AZ Business Leaders is significant and humbling all at the same time.
