Global Investments of Goodyear (Ernesto Gonzalez) for[mepr-show rules="58038"]$260,000 ($314 PSF) fully fixturized and includes a drive-thru. The seller was Dream Development Investments of Phoenix (G. Wade Bonine). The sale closed April 19, 2013 with $2,000 down and a seller carry back for the balance.
