CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (Jan. 26, 2026) — A redevelopment project known as The Terminal is transforming the property at 318 N. Florence St. into a multi-tenant destination in historic downtown Casa Grande, planned for a mix of restaurants, bars, retail, and entertainment centered around a community patio.
The project is described as about 22,828 square feet of restaurant/retail-oriented space, a multi-tenant retail building on about 0.72 acres, with B-3 zoning and approximately 44 parking spaces, built in 1951, and renovated in 2024.
Early tenant announcements include Pour Therapy, a craft cocktail bar and restaurant at “The Terminal”. Dolce Beauty Co Salon and NES Refillery Eco Station have recently opened. Pour Therapy plans to open in Q1 2026.
Leasing for The Terminal is being handled by Conrad Wilkerson with VIAONE Commercial Real Estate & Development of Phoenix.
