Thornydale Road in Marana, Arizona, for $1,498,811 ($287 PSF). The property was purchased from Avery Commercial Small C LLC, an affiliate of Laredo Horizons Corp. in Loredo, Texas, in a long-term sale-leaseback agreement with Clear Vision Express, which will remain the sole tenant under a 10-year net lease.
Built in 1999, the investment substantially adds to The Alchemy Group’s portfolio. Positioned along a major commercial corridor, the property features 77 feet of frontage on Thornydale Road, high-visibility pylon signage, and 30 on-site parking spaces, enhancing its accessibility and appeal.
