TUCSON, ARIZONA (February 19, 2024) -- Highlighted this week is a 7,500-square-foot industrial lease at 325 S Euclid in the Central City Business Park to Kyocera-SLD Laser, Inc. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from February 12-16, 2024.

INDUSTRIAL – 325 S EUCLID AVE., TUCSON, 85719
Kyocera- SLD Laser, Inc. leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space at Central City Business Park, 325 S. Euclid Ave., Suites 117-123. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 2320 N WYATT DRIVE, TUCSON, 85712
Face Time Aesthetics by Cyntia Carsten, LLC, leased 2,492 square feet at 2320 N. Wyatt Drive.  David Blanchette with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, and Tom Nieman with Cushman & Wakefield PICOR represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 5319 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON, 85712
Southern Arizona Cat Rescue, LLC leased 2,400 square feet at 5319 E. Speedway.  Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon represented the tenant, and Andy Seleznov with Cushman & Wakefield PICOR represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 6763 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON, 85710
Assure Health Care Group of Arizona leased 2,193 square feet at the Boot Barn Plaza, 6763 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson. Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon represented the landlord, and Esther Empens represented the tenant with Tierra Antigua.

RETAIL – 5545 E GRANT RD., TUCSON, 85712
Son of a Bleach leased 710 square feet of retail space at 5545 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson, from LLJ Holdings, LLLP. Molly Gilbert and Ryan McGregor, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 1955 W GRANT RD., TUCSON, 85745
Peggy Olson leased 569 square feet of office space at West Grant Centre, 1955 W. Grant Rd., Suite 110 in Tucson, from WestGrant Investors, LLC. Molly Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 3200 S DODGE BLVD., TUCSON, 85713
Pro Remodeling & Restoration, Inc. renewed its lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 1,800 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3200 S. Dodge Blvd., Suite 2 in Tucson.
