TUCSON, ARIZONA (July 8, 2024) -- This week, we highlight two new leases reported by Oxford Realty Advisors to Real Estate Daily News from July 1-5, 2024.

OFFICE – 13190 E COLOSSAL CAVE RD., TUCSON, 85641 – Southeast Submarket
Desert Roots Counseling, LLC, has leased 1,105 square feet at 13190 E. Colossal Cave Road, Suite 290, from Vail Station & Birch Bay, LLC & Occidental Capital Holdings, Inc.  Nancy Gansline of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant and Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors represented the landlord in this transaction, an office suite located in the Old Vail Station property.

RETAIL – 4625 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON. 85711 – East Submarket
Stellar Piercings has leased 425 square feet at 4625 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 210.  Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.
