Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Walmart has renewed and will expand to a Walmart Super Center at Tucson Place. It renewed the ground lease for the 86,922-square-foot building, and it will expand to approximately 190,000 square feet as a Walmart Super Center at Tucson Place Shopping Center, located at 405 E. Wetmore Rd., at the NWC of First Avenue and Wetmore Road. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord. Alex Clark with Common Bond represented the tenant.
