TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 20, 2025) – Tucson I - Buyer has, a Tucson investor, acquired the Glenn Dorado Apartments, a 28-unit multifamily community located at 3839 E. Glenn Street in Tucson, for $2,660,000 ($95.000 per unit). The property was purchased from M&L-LA Properties #2 LP and B Ave Investments LLC of San Diego, in a deal that closed on June 6, 2025.

Glenn Dorado Apartments spans approximately 22,400 square feet and offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units in a central Tucson location. The community is situated near major thoroughfares, shopping centers, and the University of Arizona, offering tenants convenient access to public transportation and local amenities.

Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and multifamily specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

"This sale reflects continued investor confidence in Tucson’s in-town multifamily market, particularly for well-located value-add properties," said Mendelsberg.
