The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Aug. 4 thru Aug. 11, 2017.

INDUSTRIAL – 5120 S Julian DR., TUCSON
JUMP! Family Entertainment Center, an indoor bounce house and birthday party destination, leased 14,049-square-feet at 5120 S. Julian Dr., Suite 108 in Tucson, from Intergalactic, Inc., dba Bookmans Entertainment Exchange.  Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Esther Empens with Tierra Antigua Realty, LLC represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 3801 E. 34th ST., TUCSON
Intelight, Inc. leased an additional 4,790-square-feet of industrial space from AP & D Investments, LLP, for a total of 22,600 square feet. The multi-tenant industrial premises, which include Suite 101 and the original Suites 102-105, are located in the Alvernon Business Center, 3801 E. 34th St. in Tucson.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist, represented the landlord; and Ron Zimmerman, Commercial Specialist, represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 5151 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
The Jeff Arnold Companies, Inc., dba Rightsure Insurance Group, leased 4,388-square-feet of office space at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 100 in Tucson, from KCI-Broadway, LLC, Scott Seldin-Broadway, LLC, Belmont-Broadway, LLC and Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC.  Tom Nieman and Rick Kleiner, MBA, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Dave Volk and Bruce Suppes with CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 170 N. SILVERBELL RD., TUCSON
Orangetheory Fitness has signed a lease for 3,400-square-feet in a new retail building to be constructed at the Shoppes at Continental Ranch, the Safeway anchored shopping center located at 170 N. Silverbell Road, at the southeast corner of Silverbell and Tangerine Roads in Marana, Arizona. Orangetheory Fitness specializes in group personal training sessions and has over 700 locations nationwide. This will be their sixth location in the Tucson area and they are expected to open in the second quarter of 2018. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord, Shoppes at Continental Ranch, LLC, and Orangetheory Fitness was represented by Billy Sunkenberg of UpLand Group.

INDUSTRIAL – 305 S. EUCLID AVE., TUCSON
Lumany, LLC leased 2,625-square-feet at 305 S. Euclid Ave., Suite 111 in Tucson, from Pascoe Investment-Arizona, LLC.   Lumany designs and manufactures high-power laser and illumination products for biomedicine, defense, security, and industrial applications. The team of Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Stephen D. Cohen, and Kelly Fickle, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3961 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Canyon State Strength and Conditioning, LLC leased 2,315-square-feet in Central Point Business Plaza, 3961 E. Speedway Blvd., Suites 414-415 in Tucson, from Central Point Tucson, LLC.  The new tenant will open a CrossFit gym in this accessible, centrally-located property near Speedway and Alvernon, catering to University of Arizona students and the general public.  Jeff Zellet, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Kevin Volk with Volk Company represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 4261 W. INA RD., TUCSON
Worden Physique, LLC has leased 2,100-square-feet at 4261 W. Ina Road, Suite 101, for a 5- year term, from Sun Creek, LLC.  Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the Tenant and Robert J. Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented. the Landlord in the transaction.

OFFICE – 5981 E. GRANT RD., TUCSON
Slattery Peterson, PLLC leased 1,650-square-feet of office space at 5981 E. Grant Rd., Suite 101 in Tucson, from Bradstarr Properties, LLC.  Isaac Figueroa, Office and Investment Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Smith’s Car Glass, LLC leased 1,650-square-feet at 3810 E. 44th St., Suite 301 in Tucson, from RR44, Inc. Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL 3820 E. 44th ST., TUCSON
Living Word Fellowship of Tucson leased 1,100-square-feet at 3820 E. 44th St., Suite 406 in Tucson, from RR44, Inc. Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3959 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
MSE Supplies, LLC leased 844-square-feet in Central Point Business Plaza, 3959 E.
