RED NEWS COLOR LOGOOffice Space – 2625 N. Craycroft, Tucson

AOR Management Company of Arizona, LLC dba Arizona Oncology renewed its lease for 24,519 sq. ft. at 2625 N. Craycroft, Suite 100, Tucson from TMC Holdings.  As the largest cancer practice in Arizona, they offer advanced services in Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology and Hematologic services. Rick Kleiner, MBA, and Tom Knox, SIOR, Principals and Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield / PICOR of Tucson, represented the landlord while David Volk and Bruce Suppes with CBRE of Tucson represented the tenant.

Industrial Space – 1085 W. Grant Road, Tucson

Phoenix-based Hensley Beverage Company has expanded its warehouse space in Tucson.  Hensley leased an additional 19,790 sq. ft. industrial building at 1085 W. Grant Road from Maeyn Corporation. The company, founded in 1955 by Arizona businessman Jim Hensley, as the Anheuser-Busch distributor for Phoenix and Prescott is now headed by CFO Andy McCain, the son of Senator John McCain and stepson of Cindy Hensley McCain, chairman of Hensley. Hensley is the largest distributor of beer, fine wine, and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in Arizona. Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield / Picor of Tucson handled this transaction.

Special Use – 3434 E Broadway, Tucson

Arizona College Prep Academy (ACPA) leased 11,308 sq. ft. located at 3434 E. Broadway Blvd in Tucson from Charter School Capital of Portland, OR. Nancy McClure of CBRE in Tucson represented Charter School Capital in the purchase of the new facility for Arizona College Prep Academy. Retail Space – 7090 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson

Pita Jungle will be opening store number two in Tucson at LaToscana, 7090 N. Oracle Rd. in a 3,016 sq. ft. space. Headquartered in Scottsdale Pita Jungle has 16 locations in Arizona and three in California, Pita Jungle offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes.  Stop by the Pita Jungle for your favorite healthy Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Greek or Lebanese cuisine. This new location will open in September.  Shannon Murphy, Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Person of CBRE represent the landlord, La Toscana, LLC of Newport Beach, CA.

Bicycle Ranch leased 3,020 sq. ft. of space at LaToscana, 7090 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson. Headquartered in Scottsdale, they offer a complete line of bicycles and accessories.  According to Steve Morganstern of Bicycle Ranch this will be their first store in Tucson, the store will be a family oriented store catering to the needs of the general public. The store is expected to open on September 15.  Shannon Murphy, Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Person of CBRE represent the landlord, La Toscana, LLC of Newport Beach, CA.

Sola Salon leased 4,200 sq. ft. of space at LaToscana, 7090 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson. Established 2003 in Colorado, Sola Salon is one of the fastest growing franchises in the nation with locations in over twenty states.  There are currently three other locations in the greater Tucson area.  This new Salon should open sometime in September-October. Retail Space – San Dorado, Oro Valley AZ

Mattress Firm leased 4,000 sq. ft. at the new San Dorado Plaza that recently broke ground in Oro Valley. Panera, formerly known as Paradise Bakery also leased 2,500 sq. ft. space both in Shops B, next to the future CVS Pharmacy. Greg Laing, Dan Gardiner, Tyler Chester and Teale Bloom of Phoenix Commercial Advisors in Phoenix handled the transactions for landlord, Canada Del Oro Partners. Industrial Space – 4500 E. Speedway, Tucson

Clear View Glass & Tint, LLC renewed its 1,200 sq. ft. lease at 4500 E. Speedway, Suite 67 in Tucson from Presson Midway, LLC.  The company provides Windshield glass installation and repair, auto window tint, home and commercial window tint and more.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield/ Picor of Tucson represented the landlord in this transaction while George Hayduke with Westar Mortgage of Tucson represented the tenant.

Retail Space – 1714 W. Ajo Way, Tucson

Green Communications LLC, dba Go Green LLC, has leased 900 sq. ft. at 1714 West Ajo Way, within Park View Plaza. They will be opening a new Cricket Phone store that offers a complete line of phones along with a wide variety of plans to choose from.  Cricket distribution channels now include over 4,000 retail stores and dealer locations nationwide. Rick Volk of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate in Tucson represented the landlord, Park View Plaza, Inc. and David Dutson of CBRE in Tucson represented the tenant.

RETAIL SPACE – 16 S. Eastbourne Ave., Tucson

Cashew Cow has leased 818 sq. ft. in Broadway Village, at the southwest corner of Broadway and Country Club Road. The new store will be at 16 S. Eastbourne Ave., Tucson. The owners of Cashew Cow, Jeremy Shockley and Jennifer Newman plan to open the new frozen desert shop in the late fall of 2013.  Cashew Cow is a healthy alternative to ice cream and gelato, using a cashew product, making their frozen desserts cholesterol free and with less than half the saturated fat content of ice cream or gelato because they don’t use cream, dairy milk, eggs or sugar.  Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors in Tucson represented the landlord, CRI Broadway Village Partners, LLC. Dave Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate in Tucson represented the tenant.
