RETAIL – 7033 E TANQUE VERDE RD., TUCSON
Sabino-Verde, L.L.C. and Zachary Smith leased 1,323-square-feet at 7033 East Tanque Verde Road. The space is located within Tanque Verde Center, the Big Lots-anchored center at the northwest corner of Tanque Verde Road and Sabino Canyon Road. The tenant plans to open a hearing aid store in the premises. David Hammack, Debbie Heslop, and Kevin Volk of Volk Company in Tucson handled the lease between parties.
RETAIL – 4784 E SUNRISE, TUCSON
Sunrise Village Investors, LLC, leased 1,200-square-feet at Sunrise Village Shopping Center to Sheppard Clean, Inc., dba Park Avenue Cleaners. Sunrise Village is located at the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan and is anchored by Safeway and CVS. Synthia King of Classic Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the tenant. David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sunrise Village Investors.
