A 3,000-square-foot lease to Frankie’s South Philadelphia Cheesesteak handled by James P. Robertson Jr., MBA, CCIM, Associate Commercial Broker and Angel M. Rodriguez, RCSC with Realty Executives Arizona Territory highlights this week's lease report.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report for March 16 thru 20, 2020.

RETAIL – 3780 W INA ROAD, TUCSON
Philly Foods II, LLC owners of the legendary Frankie’s South Philadelphia Cheesesteak at 2574 N. Campbell Ave. secure a new lease location for their second restaurant to be located at 3780 W. Ina Road Suite #184 in the Gold Canyon Shopping Center at the northeast corner of Thronydale and Ina Roads.  James P. Robertson Jr., MBA, CCIM, Associate Commercial Broker and Angel M. Rodriguez, RCSC with Realty Executives Arizona Territory handled the lease.

OFFICE – 899 N WILMOT RD., TUCSON
Murray’s Business Service, Inc., has leased 1,926-square-feet at 899 N. Wilmot Rd., Suites D1 & D2, for a 5-year term, from Holland Arizona Investments, LLC.  Cameron Casey and Lori Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented both the Tenant and the Landlord in the transaction. RETAIL – 5800 W CORTARO FARMS ROAD, TUCSON
Minh Pham and Sara Dam owner of iTouch Day Spa at 1335 W. Lambert Lane, in Oro Valley secured a new lease location for their second spa to be located at 5800 W. Cortaro Farms Road in The Shoppes at Cortaro Center at the newly developed corner of Cortaro Farms Road and I-10.  James P. Robertson Jr., MBA, CCIM, Associate Commercial Broker and Angel M. “Minh Pham and Sara Dam. owners and operators of iTouch Day Spa on Lambert, found this 1,500-square-foot location ideal, to be able to serve their customers in Marana,” said Robertson.
