Imperial Brown, Inc. leased 99,000-square-feet of industrial space at the Airport Distribution Center, 3350 E. Medina Dr. in Tucson, from Harsch Investment Properties, LLC. Jesse Blum, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Tim Healy with CBRE, Tucson, represented the tenant.
RETAIL – THE PLAZA AT WILLIAMS CENTRE, TUCSON 85711, East
T-Mobile has renewed their lease of 3,187-square-feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre. Sprint Spectrum Realty, LLC dba T-Mobile will be doing a significant remodel and update of their space. They will continue to operate with a mobile store in the parking lot of the center until their remodel is finished. They will begin their remodel later this fall. Long Realty Company has signed a lease for the corner end cap space in the historic Broadway Village, located at the southwest corner of Broadway Boulevard and Country Club Road. The address for the new 2,889-square-foot office space is 3052 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ. Long Realty has 42 offices in Arizona and Mexico, with 14 locations in the Tucson Area. Long Realty Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Company. The Broadway Village office is estimated to open in October 2021.
