OFFICE – SW CORNER of BROADWAY and CRAYCROFT RD., TUCSON
HBL, CPS’s has leased an 11,800-square-feet space at The Plaza at Williams Centre, located at the SW corner of Broadway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. The Premises will be used as an accounting and consulting office They are scheduled to open for business March 2019. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Buzz Isaacson, of CBRE, represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – 3989 E. GRANT RD., TUCSON
The General Service Administration (GSA) has leased 7,900-square-feet at 3989 East Grant Road, Northgate Plaza, the Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored shopping center from Stromiga. The GSA will open its US Census 2020 Office, starting in the summer of 2019 as the centralized staff location for census data collection in the Tucson area.
