Tucson Lease Report Sept. 24-28, 2018

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from September 24 thru 28, 2018.

OFFICE – SW CORNER of BROADWAY and CRAYCROFT RD., TUCSON
HBL, CPS’s has leased an 11,800-square-feet space at The Plaza at Williams Centre, located at the SW corner of Broadway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. The Premises will be used as an accounting and consulting office They are scheduled to open for business March 2019. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Buzz Isaacson, of CBRE, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 3989 E. GRANT RD., TUCSON
The General Service Administration (GSA) has leased 7,900-square-feet at 3989 East Grant Road, Northgate Plaza, the Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored shopping center from Stromiga. The GSA will open its US Census 2020 Office, starting in the summer of 2019 as the centralized staff location for census data collection in the Tucson area. Nancy McClure of CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 8620 E. OLD VAIL RD., TUCSON
Polydeck Screen Corp leased a 5,280-square-foot industrial space located at Rita Ranch Industrial Center, 8620 East Old Vail Road from Davery Properties, LLC. RETAIL – 3001 E. SKYLINE RD., TUCSON
Stewart Title & Trust leased 2,982-square-foot retail space located in Gallery Row, 3001 East Skyline Rd. Tom Hunt of Tango Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant. OFFICE – 2302 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Vivint, Inc. leased 1,148-square-feet of office space located in University Professional Center, 2302 East Speedway Blvd, Suite 206, from Pelican Management Company. Jeff Casper of CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord and NAI Horizon’s Andrew Sternberg represented the tenant. OFFICE – ONE S. CHURCH ST., TUCSON
Mello Music Group, LLC leased 1,037-square-feet of office space at One South Church Avenue, Suite 2110 from 1SC Partners. Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 1050 E. RIVER RD., TUCSON
Thriveworks leased 1,852-square-foot office space located at River Plaza, 1050 River Road, Suite 202. Bruce Suppes and David Volk of CBRE's Tucson Office represented both the landlord, Ashland Group Millenium, LLC. and the tenant.
