Congressional District 2, Representative Martha McSally, questioned Department of Defense officials about keeping the A-10 flying last week. During a House Armed Services hearing on the military departments' budget requests, U.S. Rep. Martha McSally pressed Air Force Secretary Deborah James and Chief of Staff Mark Welsh on what it would take to keep the A-10 flying. Rep. McSally served 26 years in the military and commanded a squadron of A-10s while serving 6 deployments to the Middle East and Afghanistan.
