Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented Geyer-Yunkherr, LLC, in its sale of the newly built, Black Rock Coffee Bar net leased investment located at 6393 E Grant Road to International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, for a sale price of $2,597,000 ($1,300 PSF). This is the fourth Black Rock Coffee Bar franchise transaction Price has handled for Geyer-Yunkherr, LLC. The property sold on October 14, 2022.
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the JP Family Trust in its purchase of the ChickeNuevo net leased investment located at 670 W Valencia from Valencia/12th, LLC, for a purchase price of $645,000 ($377 PSF). The seller, Valencia/12th, LLC, was represented by Mike Stilb of M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. The transaction closed on October 14, 2022.
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the purchaser, Ideal Properties, LLC, in its purchase of approximately 8,200 square foot industrial building on16,500 square feet of land at 4712-4722 S Tennessee Place from TLP LLC, for a purchase price of $460,000 ($56 PSF). The seller was represented by James Buchanan from eXp Realty and closed on October 11, 2022.
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the seller, 2130 N Kolb, LLC, in its sale of the By The Bucket net leased investment at 2130 N Kolb Road to Tucson Bucket 2130, LLC, for the sales price of $550,000.
