TUCSON, ARIZONA (February 14, 2024) - WSA Arizona-Tucson, LLC of Wichita, KS, bought 1.88 acres at Pima Medical Campus in Tucson for $1.2 million ($14.67 PSF) for the construction of a 122-room WoodSpring Extended Stay Hotel. The asset closed on January 5, 2024.
Located in the northwest corner of Pima Medical Campus at Grant and Craycroft Roads.
The seller was an affiliate of Rio West Development of Tucson (Walter Hoge, manager), RW Development Services, LLC.
Founded in 2003, the buyer spent the first dozen years building Value Place extended-stay hotels. In 2015, it was rebranded to WoodSpring Suites.
