Basis Schools, Inc. purchased 3.24 acres, 141,000-square-feet of land, adjacent to their existing facility at 11155 N. Oracle Road, in Steam Pump Village in Oro Valley, AZ. The purchase price was[mepr-show rules="58038"]$1.54 million ($11 PSF). Basis School Oro Valley currently serves students in Grades 5-12. The planned expansion will serve students in Grades K-4.

Steam Pump Village is a mixed-use project on the west side of Oracle Road, just north of First Avenue, and includes Carpet One, Chili’s, Quik Trip, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, and new luxury apartments by HSL.
