Roosevelt 11 Office Building at 1018 West Roosevelt Street, Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ– Ronald Yenney of Ephrata, Washington sold the Roosevelt 11 office building, located at 1018 West Roosevelt Street, in Downtown Phoenix to Harder Development in Phoenix, Arizona for $372,000 ($74 PSF).

The 5,028 square feet, single-level, freestanding office building is located in Downtown Phoenix, near the Roosevelt District and Copper Square, at the northeast corner of Roosevelt Street and 11th Avenue, near ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus, Light Rail, Metro 12 Condos, The Vig Fillmore, sports venues, cultural arts, nightlife and fabulous restaurants. The Roosevelt 11 property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within close proximity to 7th Avenue, a major north-south thoroughfare, and the I-10 Freeway, allowing easy access to Sky Harbor International Airport, Camelback Corridor, Scottsdale, Tempe, the valley freeway system and numerous employers.
