PHOENIX, AZ (May 16, 2023) - Nick Miner, CCIM of ORION Investment Real Estate, reports selling a six-property, five-state portfolio of retail properties. The properties were all located next to major universities throughout the United States.
Each of the six properties consisted of national, regional and local tenants. The major universities that the properties are adjacent of were Arizona State University, Florida State University, The University of Florida, Indiana University Bloomington, The University of New Mexico, and The University of Illinois.
Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President at ORION commented, “My long-time clients and friends were in a 1031 exchange and had an opportunity to purchase legacy type properties. We found out about the portfolio initially via the property here in Tempe.” Miner continued, “This transaction was a win for everyone.”
