The Phoenix Lease Report highlights leases as reported by NAI Horizon and Rein & Grossoehme this week.

The following leases were conveyed to the Real Estate Daily News for Phoenix between January 6 thru 10, 2020.

RETAIL
Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme represented the landlord of Arrowhead Vista Shopping Center in a 3,000-square foot lease to Sushi Coma & Izakaya, LLC was recently. The location of the property is north of the northwest corner of Bell Road and 51st Ave in Glendale, AZ. Adam Lam of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliate represented the tenant.

Mike Kumelski of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Aggregate Athletics, LLC, in a 120-month retail lease for 44,927-square-feet at 7720 Union Park Ave., Midvale, UT. The landlord, Fort Union Shopping Center LLC, was represented by Scott Brady/MK Partner Ben Brown with Mountain West Commercial.
