Tucson, Arizona - Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Parts Authority, LLC has leased the 21,750-square-foot building at 290 W Fort Lowell, Tucson, AZ 85705 in Central Tucson. Parts Authority is a leading national distributor of aftermarket automotive replacement parts, tools/equipment, transmissions, and accessories. They will use the building the building for their retail and wholesale operations. The center is now fully leased.

Isaac Figueroa and Elaina Elliott with Larsen Baker represented the Landlord, Oracle Savers Investors, LLC, and affiliate of Larsen Baker, John Reinhardt of Industrial Property Specialists represented the Tenant in this transaction.
