TUCSON, AZ (November 8, 2023) -- Mendez Tortillas and Baked Goods LLC purchased a 6,960-square-foot retail/bakery building (former Le Caves Bakery) at 1219 S. 6th Ave. in Tucson, from Second Angel Fund I LLC & Homestead Mgt Income Fund LLC for $450,000.

The transaction closed on October 31, 2023.

The buyer, Fernando Mendez, has been a tenant in the building and will continue to provide the community with high-quality tortillas and Mexican-style baked goods in the same way that this building has been used since 1935.
