Hobby Lobby has leased 54,027 square feet in a portion of the former K-Mart building at Casa Grande Mall, located at the northwest corner of Florence Boulevard and Colorado Street in Casa Grande, Arizona. The new store, located at 1214 East Florence Boulevard, will be Hobby Lobby’s first in Casa Grande and was scheduled to open on Friday, April 25. CBRE’s Nancy McClure and Dave Leathers of D.E.
