Phoenix, AZ,  – ABI Multifamily, the Western US' leading multifamily brokerage and advisory services firm, is pleased to announce the Company's continued evolution with the addition of Roland Murphy as its new Director of Research.

John Kobierowski, Senior Managing Partner, states, "We are excited to welcome Roland to the ABI Multifamily team. His diverse background in journalism, research, development, technology and innovative expansion for small-to-medium-sized entrepreneurial firms is ideally suited to help us reach the next stages in our organization’s growth.”

Prior to joining ABI, Roland most recently served as Editor for the Arizona Builder’s Exchange Digital Magazine (AZBEX), managing coverage and reporting on development, growth trends, Architecture/Engineering/Construction, and commercial real estate around the state.
Before that, he spent more than 20 years in organizational marketing and communications, primarily with technology firms looking to expand their entrepreneurial roots into stable, steadily expanding operations while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness. This experience included consulting for an Arizona-local CRE firm to help them overcome their marketing project backlog, streamline processes and implement an internal opportunities database.
