(Oct. 22, 2026) — White Construction, Inc., a commercial general contractor based in Carlsbad, California, is expanding its operations with the recent opening of an office in Phoenix, Arizona. The employee-owned company founded in 1983 has a portfolio of tenant improvement projects in healthcare, retail and office. The company is strategically introducing its specialized expertise in the healthcare TI sector and construction services to the thriving Greater Phoenix landscape.
To lead the new office, White Construction has appointed Nancy Young as director of Arizona operations. Young is a long-time employee of White Construction with more than 20 years of commercial construction experience. In her new role, Young will oversee business development, project delivery and day-to-day operations across the region.

To further support the firm’s growth in Arizona, Senior Vice President Debbe Damron, whose experience focuses almost exclusively on healthcare tenant improvements, will be dedicating a portion of her time to the Phoenix market beginning in early 2027. She will work alongside Young to expand White Construction’s presence and support local projects.
