Angie’s-Affiliated
8160 N Courtney Page Way, Tucson

TUCSON, ARIZONA (July 31, 2026) — Two Tucson-area Eegee’s restaurant properties have been acquired by entities affiliated with Winterhaven Angie’s-Affiliated Development in separate transactions totaling $3.6 million.

WHA-8160 N Courtney Page Way LLC purchased the Eegee’s occupied restaurant at 8160 N. Courtney Page Way in Marana for $2 million. The buyer entity lists Winterhaven Angie’s-Affiliated Development LLC as its manager. The seller was Slush, Inc.

3250 E Valencia Road, Tucson

In a second transaction, WHA-3250 E Valencia Road LLC acquired the Eegee’s property at 3250 E. Valencia Road in Tucson for $1.6 million. Winterhaven Angie’s-Affiliated Development is also identified as the manager of that purchasing entity. Slush, Inc. was the seller.

The two transactions represent a combined investment of $3.6 million in established drive-thru restaurant sites.

Winterhaven Angie’s Development is affiliated with Angie’s Food Concepts, the Phoenix-based restaurant company behind Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill. However, Angie’s Food Concepts has not publicly announced which restaurant concepts, if any, are planned for the two former Eegee’s locations.

No listing brokerage or outside listing agent was identified. Robert Greenberg was listed as the seller’s representative for Slush, Inc. in both transactions.

The Courtney Page Way property is positioned near Interstate 10 and the Cortaro Road commercial corridor, while the Valencia Road property serves the growing south Tucson market near Interstate 19 and Tucson International Airport.

Both sites were developed for drive-thru restaurant use, making them potentially suitable for conversion to one of Angie’s existing quick-service concepts. Any future use, however, remains unconfirmed pending an announcement from the company or the filing of building, remodeling, or sign permits.

The sales closed July 22, 2026.

Real Estate Daily News will continue monitoring activity at both properties and report any new permits, tenant changes, or announcements as information becomes available.
