TUCSON, ARIZONA (September 28, 2026) — Industrial users accounted for six of this week’s 10 new leases, led by StateServ Holdings’ 8,269-square-foot commitment on Butterfield Drive. CBRE reported two substantial leases nearby on East Columbia Street, totaling 15,804 square feet. The week’s activity also included a second Tucson location for AZ’s Barbershop and four lease renewals.
