PHOENIX – November 4, 2022 – CBRE's Senior Vice President Evan Koplan recently earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.

Mr. Koplan specializes in leasing and selling industrial properties as a part of the company's Industrial & Logistics services in Phoenix. He primarily focuses on the Southeast valley and Sky Harbor International Airport's surrounding areas. He has been at CBRE for nearly 10 years and previously worked at Colliers International for over six years.
Mr. Koplan holds a bachelor's degree in regional development with a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona. He holds his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is a member of NAIOP and the National Association of Realtors.
The CCIM designation is earned by commercial real estate professionals who complete more than 160 hours of education covering various topics. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
