TUCSON, AZ (February 21, 2024) – The former Little Munchkins Daycare at 1625-1631 N Columbus Blvd in Tucson, sold to a local investor, Horizon 21, LLC (Frank Zhang, manager), for $339,000 ($154.58 PSF).
The 2,193 square feet in two buildings, built in 1956, on an 8,400-square-foot lot.
The seller had recently updated the HVAC in both buildings, added new roofs, double pane windows, a new block wall, a new parking lot, key FOB security locks on the front door, new security cameras, and motion sensor security lights. Building one has a new patio cover and a new concrete slab in the rear with a walled play area yard.
The buyer purchased to lease to a new daycare tenant.
