New luxury build-for-rent community offering 187 new homes
Phoenix, Ariz. – (July 7, 2023) – Village at The BLVD, a luxury build-for-rent community in Avondale, opened for leasing on Monday, July 3. It is the fifth build-for-rent community developed by Empire Group of Companies to open for leasing in Greater Phoenix, and the Scottsdale developer currently has approximately 21 communities in various stages of development.
