Phoenix, Arizona -- Jake Palmer, Senior Project Manager and Associate Vice President, has been promoted to Vice President for Accelerated Development. Jake joined the firm in 2012 as a design intern and has steadily increased his level of responsibility and position within the company through the years. He is an essential part of our development team and provides a steady and stable component to each of our client’s projects.
Jake has a deep level of professional experience which spans the fields of architecture, construction, and real estate development. As a Senior Project Manager Jake is responsible for managing the details of several new developments in various southwest states.

Recent projects the Accelerated team has completed include a multi-tenant shop building and free-standing Dutch Bros. in Buckeye, Arizona, and two Dutch Bros. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently the team is working with retailers who are aggressively expanding throughout the U.S and have numerous projects under development in several states including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma, to name a few.
