SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Filiberto's, a 3,050-square-foot net-leased property located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $2,475,000 ($811 PSF).
Chris Lind and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Filiberto's is located at 15144 North Northsight Boulevard in Scottsdale, Arizona. The property was built in 2000 on 0.77 acres with a drive-thru and was recently remodeled in 2021. The asset included a new 15-year absolute triple-net lease with annual rent increases.
