According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $2,435,000 ($67,639 per unit).
Hamid Panahi and James K. Crawley, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tucson office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, another limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Hamid Panahi and James K. Crawley.
Villa Sienna is located at 331 W Pastime Rd in Tucson, AZ. Property sold on January 7, 2019.
