PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Feb. 24, 2025) – NAI Horizon facilitated a new office lease for a residential real estate brokerage company at 2944 Plaza in Phoenix. The building is the Phoenix corporate office of NAI Horizon.
Managing Director Lane Neville, Vice President Cole Neville, and Associates Brandon Hall, Whitney Heritage, Matt Westra, and Cade Olivas represented the landlord, CPLP 2944 N. 44th LLC in the office lease at 2944 N. 44th St.

The lease is for Suite 200, a 2,635 SF office.
