The industrial/office property was purchased from Ouida L. Scales and Joseph C. Scales, as Co-Trustees of the Scales Family Trust, for $1,025 million ($57 PSF).
Formerly occupied by Goodman Distirbution, Open Enclose needed more room for growth and will be relocating from its current Shannon Road location to this new site.
