GLENDALE, Arizona – Situated at 6901 West Glendale Avenue, with Glendale Avenue frontage, this approximate one-acre land parcel sold for $350,000, or $8.09 per Square Foot. Proximity to US 60/Grand Avenue, the property has easy access to major retailers, parks, schools, and Downtown Glendale. The City of Glendale is now home to a wide range of entertainment options and business.

Nick Miner, CCIM of ORION Investment Real Estate exclusively represented the Buyer in this off market transaction. Miner said, "The acquisition helps to complete the future development plans at this site.  MPHC already owned the 5 acre parcel immediately adjoining."  Having assembled this property allows for a more complete redevelopment for MPHC.  “It has been a pleasure assisting MPHC in another site acquisition.”  Miner recently helped MPHC purchase 2.7 acres of land near Central and Baseline to help them with another development project MPHC is working on there.

The Buyer was Mountain Park Health Center. Rodriguez Family, the Seller, was represented by Will Rodriguez, a relative of the seller.
