Phoenix Lease Report - March 9-13 2020

The Phoenix Lease Report highlights leases as reported by NAI Horizon and Rein & Grossoehme this week.

The following leases were conveyed to the Real Estate Daily News for Phoenix between March 9 thru 13, 2020.

INDUSTRIAL – 9035 S KYRENE RD., TEMPE
Mike Myrick of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Yknot Party Rentals, in a 64-month industrial lease for 17,285-sqaure-feet at 9035 S. Kyrene Road, Tempe, AZ. The landlord, TLF (Kyrene Commons) LLC, was represented by Steve Sayre with JLL.

INDUSTRIAL – 10937 N SOLAR CANYON DR, SURPRISE
John Filli and Dylan Whitwer of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, A to Z Environmental Services, LLC in a 37-month industrial lease for 4,855-square-feet at 10937 N. Solar Canyon Drive, Surprise, AZ. The landlord, JSBT, was represented by Kevin Helland with Avison Young – Arizona.

OFFICE – 1230 W WASHINGTON ST., TEMPE
Laurel Lewis of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Zelus, in a 33-month office lease for 4,045-squer-feet at 1230 W. Washington St., Tempe, AZ. The landlord, Papago Buttes Corporate, LLC was represented by Chris Walker with Cushman & Wakefield.

RETAIL – 3602 E INDIAN SCHOOL RD., PHOENIX
A lease for 3,600-square-feet with Gaslight Square to Nanaya Japanese Kitchen was recently consummated. The location of the property is 3603 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is Bel-Alta Properties, Inc.  This will be their 2nd location. They purchased the 7341 E. 6th Ave restaurant building and plan on calling that restaurant J-Town. Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the tenant and the landlord on this transaction.

OFFICE – 655 S DOBSON RD., CHANDLER
Lane Neville and Logan Crum of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Chandler Medical Property Company, in a 63-month medical lease for 2,847-square-feet at 655 S. Dobson Road, Chandler, AZ. The tenant, Pinnacle Pain & Spine Consultants, PLC, was represented by Mari Lederman with JLL.

OFFICE – 9377 E BELL RD., SCOTTSDALE
Laurel Lewis of NAI Horizon of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Iluminar, PLLC, in a 36-month office lease renewal for 2,215-square-feet at 9377 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ. The landlord, McDowell Mountain Medical Investors, LTD, was represented by Michael Morton with Medical Office Brokers.

RETAIL – 2316 W BETHANY HOME RD., PHOENIX
A lease for 2,100-square-feet within Bethany Marketplace to Oaxaca Mexican Restaurant was recently consummated. The location of the property is 2316 W. Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is Bel-Alta Properties, Inc.  Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented the tenant and the landlord on this transaction.

RETAIL – 12020 S WARNER ELLIOT LOOP, PHOENIX
Matt Harper, CCIM of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, M&N Realty, LLC in a 38-month retail lease for 2,100-square-feet at 12020 S. Warner Elliot Loop, Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Nadia Drake dba Exhale MedSpa, represented itself.

OFFICE – 100 S KYRENE RD., CHANDLER
Laurel Lewis of NAI Horizon represented the tenant, Shaffer Family Law, in a 22-month office sublease for 1,971-square-feet at 100 S. Kyrene Road, Chandler, AZ. The landlord, Cherry Creek Mortgage, represented itself.

OFFICE – 4515 S McCLINTOCK DR., TEMPE
Thomas Bean, CCIM and Jay Mininberg of NAI Horizon represented both the tenant, Incus5, and the landlord, Wilshire Enterprises in a 1,492-square-foot office lease at 4515 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe, AZ.

RETAIL – 2737 W GLENN DR, GLENDALE
Matt Harper, CCIM of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Robert Lee Thatcher and Arlene A. Thatcher, in a 40-month retail lease for 1,200-square-feet at 4737 W. Glenn Drive, Glendale, AZ. The tenant, Eric Timothee Gouvide Jr. represented himself.

RETAIL – 6170 S 51ST AVE., LAVEEN
Matt Harper, CCIM of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, The Shops at Phoenix, LLC in a 37-month retail lease for 1,009-square-feet at 6170 S. 51st Ave. Laveen, AZ. The tenant, GGs Pet Salon, LLC, represented itself.

RETAIL – 5290 N 59TH AVE., GLENDALE
Matt Harper, CCIM of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Arizona MSK, LLC in a 12-month retail lease for 1,000-sqaure-feet at 5270 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ. The tenant, West Phoenix Tattoo Supply, LLC, represented itself.

RETAIL – 9241 N 6TH ST., PHOENIX
Joan Krueger of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, Jade Lion LLC, in a 12-month retail lease at 9241 N. 6th Street, Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Gerber Law, P.C., represented themselves.
