TUCSON, ARIZONA, March 7, 2023 – Retail redevelopment planned for the Rio Grant Office Plaza at 6403 – 6421 E Grant Road in Tucson after it sold for $1.1 million ($160 PSF).
Grant Wash, LLC (Jeramy Price) and Grant Loop, LLC (Rick Volk) bought the Rio Grant Office Plaza with three of the four office spaces occupied and the fourth available on month-to-month terms.
The 6,875-square-foot building sits on .81 acres at Grant Road northeast of Wilmot.
The retail redevelopment isn’t planned to begin for about a year from now, so we’ll have to wait awhile before knowing the re-purposed use for property.
The repurposed office building will have some great retail neighbors being located adjacent to a new Black Rock Coffee, Abbott Taylor Jewelers and Costco Wholesale and Zinburger, Target, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A and McDonald’s across the street.
The buyers, Jeramy Price and Rick Volk are both real estate brokers with VOLK Company and handled the transaction.
The seller, Ferpalta Group, LLC of Tucson (Luis Teran, CPA) was an owner occupant in one of the office spaces for his CPA Firm, Luis Teran, CPA.
