Phoenix, Arizona – June 21, 2023 – One of the valley’s top retail brokers, Rommie Mojahed, has just announced that he has launched a new commercial real estate brokerage here.  The 20-year veteran has partnered with experienced broker, Andy Kroot to open CRE8 Commercial Real Estate located off 41st St. & Indian School Rd.

CRE8 Commercial Real Estate embodies the expertise and vision to identify CRE8 opportunities and the perseverance to pursue them. The team plans to leverage all the relationships they have built over the years by using their CRE8ivity to close the most challenging transactions.

CRE8 Partner Rommie Mojahed stated, “Andy and I have been working together for many years, and it was a natural fit.”  For as long as Mojahed has been in business, he has believed in creating an environment in which his team can thrive.  Most of all, a group that will continue to grow. “We add value to each other’s business by combining our experience and long-term relationships. We succeed when our clients succeed.”

Lindsey Dulle has predominantly worked as a senior advisor for the last two years. She has also worn multiple hats that have led her team in their marketing efforts for the previous five years. She believes in a professional approach with a personal touch.

Dulle stated, “The key to establishing our team brand has been to allow the marketing to reflect the individuals I work with.” Dulle expressed that her team is a “group of hard-working, fair, kind, and above all, professional people.” Though she will continue to deliver the best quality marketing for their team clients, she will also focus on the marketing requirements of her clients.

Partner Andy Kroot has over 30 years of experience and has been recognized as an expert in designing strategies for market roll-out expansions, primarily focusing on tenant representation. Some of his notable achievements include working with the Mastro Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Frasco Hospitality Group, and other fast-casual restaurants such as Ahipoki Bowl, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Taco Bello, Krispy Kreme, and so many others. That, combined with many retailers Mojahed has worked with, such as Potato Barn, Circle K, Knockout Fitness, and Dairy Queen, will empower this powerhouse retail team. Their combined experience will be unprecedented in the valley. Mojahed has also worked notably with the Economic Developers in the Town of Queen Creek, the Town of Florence, the City of Chandler, and the City of Mesa, bringing in local and national retailers to the southeast valley.

“Where I am in my career, I felt the industry is changing so rapidly that I needed to get involved with a more dynamic, younger team with a broad knowledge of the market, and partnering with Rommie and his team was a great fit. Rommie has such a dominant presence in the Southeast Valley, and I have spent most of my career focused in Phoenix. We can broaden our reach valley wide and create value for our clients.”

The CRE8 team is joined by Eddie Gonzalez, who obtained his broker’s license a few years ago. He will now be serving as the firm’s new Designated Broker. Gonzalez is also known for his social media presence, so that you can follow the CRE8 journey from any of his platforms. Arizona native Chad Shipley, who honorably retired from Phoenix Police Department as a Detective in the Crimes Against Children Unit, joined the team last year. His 20-year career in research and helping the community has already been a massive asset in closing his deals since joining the team.

Kroot said, “As we go into the next cycle, we will be better equipped as a team. I have held other positions and partnerships in this business and then went on my own for the last seven years, but I think a like-minded, team approach and collaboration will be a footprint to success for us and our clients.” The team will continue focusing on retail and leasing, land sales, and new development. Mojahed stated, “Our goal for CRE8 Advisors is to be the valley's trusted commercial real estate resource that adds value to our clients and the community we have served for many years.”
