TUCSON, ARIZONA (June 6, 2023) – The Sonesta Select Hotel at Tucson Airport at 6885 South Tucson Blvd. sold for $10.2 million ($85,000 per room) for the 120-room hotel, located less than a mile from Tucson International Airport (TUS).
The seller, Hanumant Hospitality of San Diego bought the property in a portfolio sale with 42 hotels, totaling 6,348 rooms, for $397.6 million, and $8 million for this property, in May 2022.
The 5-story building hotel is pet-friendly and nearby local attractions such as the Arizona State Museum, San Xavier del Bac Mission, The University of Arizona, and Saguaro National Park.
Amenities include oversized rooms, business services with computers and printing capabilities, flexible meeting spaces and private lobby workspaces, a swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and complimentary WiFi. Plus, the convenience of on-site dining for breakfast and dinner and free parking as well as airport shuttle service.
The buyer is from Redding, California, MSDS Mgt, Inc. (Mr. Mohkam Singh Bath, manager), and the sale occurred on May 26, 2023.
