CHANDLER, Ariz. (July 7, 2025) – GO Industrial completed the sale of GO|AZ Ave, a 181,655-square-foot industrial building at 2377 S Arizona Ave. in Chandler, to Applied Materials. CBRE’s Evan Koplan, Tanner Ferrandi, and John Werstler represented the seller, Go Industrial, in the transaction.
