The 2007 built building had 2,955-square-feet built out and 4,283-square-feet grey shell ready for build out. The seller, Herbert & Karen Kirsch of Tucson occupied the property dba Best Mailing Lists, Inc. prior to sale.
Buyer purchased the property to finish building into medical use dba Tanque Verde Pediatrics. Currently located two blocks away, at 7265 Tanque Verde Road, the six physician practice will relocate after build out is complete.
