
TUCSON, AZ (August 7, 2025) — Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., a leading national heavy civil contractor, has acquired a strategically located industrial property at 2601 E. Fairview Street for $1,450,000 ($211.35 PSF). The site includes a 6,860-square-foot building on a 1.75-acre parcel, offering expansion potential and flexibility for operations or equipment storage.
The seller, W.E. O’Neil Construction, was represented by Dave Volk and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company. The buyer, ESS, LLC, is affiliated with Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., and was represented by Andrew Keim of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.
The transaction closed on July 16, 2025.

The Fairview acquisition supports Emery Sapp & Sons’ broader growth strategy in Arizona and the Southwest, enabling greater service capacity in Tucson’s expanding infrastructure market.
