Burlington Mattress Co. LLC leased 7,334-square-feet at 4741 East Speedway Boulevard. Burlington will join Renegade Classics and Merle’s Automotive Supply in the shopping center on Speedway just east of Swan. The space is located within Broadway East Plaza at the southeast corner of Broadway Boulevard and Camino Seco. Other tenants in the center include Nationwide Vision, Great Clips, and Snap Fitness. Rodney Gold D.D.S. & Wendy Gold, Husband & Wife have extended their lease of 2,972-square-feet at 899 N. Wilmot Road, Suites A-1 & A-2, from Holland Arizona Investments, LLC (Landlord). Lori Casey and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the Tenant and the Landlord in the lease extension for Rodney Gold D.D.S., existing dental practice.
