The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson and Phoenix Lease Report from April 3 thru 7, 2017.

RETAIL – NWC of I-19 and IRVINGON RD., TUCSON
Tuesday Morning entered into a 10-year lease with Irvington Interstate Partners, LLC at Fashion Park, a shopping center coming soon to the NWC of I-19 & Irvington Road in Tucson, AZ, for 12,500-square-feet.  Alan Tanner and Brigham Stevens of Bourn Advisory Services represented the Landlord.  Brian & Tom Woods with Colliers International, represented Tuesday Morning.  Executed on April 6, 2017. RETAIL – 1710 W. VALENCIA RD., TUCSON
KEYSCD LLC leased 2,450-square-feet of retail space in Midvale Plaza at 1710 West Valencia Road, Suite 190 for a dental office. The space is located within Midvale Plaza, a Walmart-anchored center at the northwest corner of Valencia Road and Midvale Park Road.  David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord HAM Midvale L.L.C. OFFICE – 7538 N. LA CHOLLA BLVD., TUCSON
Arizona Biomedical Service recently leased 1,749-square-feet of lab space at7538 N. La Cholla.  The owner of the property is Bioptics Building LLC.  Tom Hunt and Bob Davis of Tango Commercial Real Estate represented both the tenant and the landlord.

RETAIL – 2416 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Amazing Discoveries, LLC has leased 1,500-square-feet at 2416 E. Broadway Blvd., from 2424 E. Broadway, Ltd.  Andrew D. Sternberg and Robert J. Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors handled the transaction. [mepr-show rules="58038"]Tenant Phone: 520.320.0338[/mepr-show]

RETAIL – 7555 N LA CHOLLA BLVD., TUCSON
Thong Nguyen, Mai Nguyen, and Hanh Nguyen leased 749-square-feet of retail space for a nail salon at 7555 North La Cholla Boulevard, Suite 111. The Landlord, Lippow/Dana Park 1 LLC, was represented by David Carroll of Romano Real Estate. David Hammack of Volk Company. Commercial Real Estate represented Thong Nguyen, Mai Nguyen, and Hanh Nguyen.

PHOENIX LEASES THIS WEEK

RETAIL – 8248 W DEER VALLEY RD., PHOENIX
A lease for 1,000 square feet in Deer Valley Marketplace Shopping Center to CMB Fitness was recently consummated.  The location of the property is 8248 W Deer Valley Rd in Peoria, AZ.  This is CMB Fitness’ first location.  Jim Edwards of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the owner and Golden St. John of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 3953 E. CAMELBACK RD., PHOENIX
Zen Sushi, Inc. entered into a 5-year lease with Crow Holdings at Arcadia Village 3953 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ, 85018 for 984-square-feet (former Baskin Robbins suite).  This is an expansion of the existing Sushiholic restaurant in the adjacent space.  Torrey Briegel and Cameron Warren of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the Landlord.  Brian & Tom Woods of Colliers represented Zen Sushi.  Signed in 1st Q 2017.
