The owner of the center is Rainbow Investments, LLC Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme CRE represented both the Tenant and Landlord on this transaction.

A lease for 4,400-square-feet within Park 40 Industrial to Sports Mobile Sprinter Vans was recently consummated. The location of the property is 5050 S. 40th Street in Phoenix, AZ. The owner of the center is Bryan Industrial Properties, Inc. This is Sports Mobile’s 3rd Facility in the US, and will serve as their Southwest Hub. The owner of the Property is Arizona State University. This will be Nanaya’s 3rd location, they purchased 7341 E. 6th Ave restaurant building and plan on calling that restaurant J-Town and currently operate Nananya at 36th St & Indian School in Phoenix.
